Welcome to Padmashali Connect (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website/mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to register or use the Platform.
  • You confirm that the information provided is true, accurate, and up to date.
  • You are legally eligible to enter into a marriage under applicable laws.

3. Account & Registration

  • Users may register using mobile number with OTP verification.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • You agree not to share OTP or misuse the Platform.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious or fraudulent activity.

4. Profile Information

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your profile details.
  • Uploading false, misleading, or inappropriate information is strictly prohibited.
  • Profiles without sufficient details or violating guidelines may be removed or restricted.

5. Profile Visibility

Profiles are visible to others only if:

  • Profile completion meets minimum criteria, and
  • At least one photo is uploaded.

We reserve the right to control visibility for quality and safety.

6. Contact Details & Access

  • Contact details are not publicly visible.
  • Users may access contact details only after:
    • Completing required profile information, and
    • Unlocking access (free or paid, as applicable).
  • Misuse of contact information is strictly prohibited.

7. Share Profile Feature

  • Users can generate a private shareable link to their profile.
  • Visitors may:
    • Preview profile details
    • Access full profile after OTP verification
  • Contact details are shared only after required steps are completed.
  • Users can revoke or disable shared links at any time.

8. Agent Services

  • Agents may create and manage profiles on behalf of users.
  • Profiles created by agents will be marked accordingly.
  • Users interacting with agent profiles may connect directly with the agent.
  • The Platform is not responsible for agreements made outside the Platform.

9. Payments & Refunds

  • Certain features (e.g., contact access) may be paid services.
  • Pricing and plans are subject to change.
  • All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.
  • Promotional offers (e.g., free contact) may be limited and subject to change.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post false, offensive, or illegal content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Use the Platform for commercial or fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt to extract or scrape data

Violation may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We value your privacy and implement reasonable safeguards.
  • Sensitive details (e.g., contact info) are protected and shared only as per flow.
  • By using the Platform, you consent to data usage as per our Privacy Policy.

12. No Guarantee of Match

The Platform facilitates introductions only. We do not guarantee:

  • Match success
  • Compatibility
  • Marriage outcomes

Users are advised to verify details independently.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • User interactions or outcomes
  • Misrepresentation by users or agents
  • Any direct or indirect damages

14. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Suspicious activity is detected
  • Required information is not provided

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of relevant courts.
